Children's Ministry
Guiding Scripture:
Then Jesus called for the children and said to the disciples, “let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children.”
– Luke 18:16
The hope and purpose of NLWM Children’s Ministry is to spark an interest and hunger in our children for both a knowledge of and a relationship with Jesus Christ, no matter their age. God loves them and has purpose for their young lives. Children participate in lessons, crafts, games, and projects; all scripture based and focused providing a biblical foundation of God’s love for mankind and how He would have us live. Currently, we serve children ages 3-10.
Humneo Worship Team
Guiding Scripture:
About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. 26 Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose.

The praise & worship team at New & Living Way Ministries is named for its unique and spirit-filled style of worship: Humneo. In Greek, humneo means to sing a hymn or a song of praise unto the Lord. We take our inspiration from Jesus and His disciples that humneo-ed after the Last Supper (Matthew 26:30; Mark 14:26) and Paul and Silas that humneo-ed at midnight as the other prisoners listened. We sing our original songs of worship and praise to God under the unction of the Holy Spirit that we, along with those that we lead in worship, might be delivered from every sin and snare and inspired to do His will.
Prayer Ministry
Guiding Scripture:
Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.

The mission of the Spirit and Life Prayer Ministry is to stand as intercessors between heaven and earth. Through prayer, we have seen God change lives, heal sicknesses, restore relationships and shift weather patterns. We lift up prayer requests with great expectation knowing that God will answer.
Hospitality Ministry
Guiding Scripture:
Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically. Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. When God’s people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality.
– Romans 12:10-13
The Hospitality Ministry fosters an atmosphere that facilitates ministry, fellowship, and celebration within the body. Through the coordination and hosting of events and the overseeing of food services, Hospitality ministers the love and grace of Christ in tangible ways to members, guests, and visitors of NLWM. In addition, the Hospitality Ministry is available to provide auxiliary services to other ministries that host or sponsor an event at NLWM.
Media Ministry
Guiding Scripture:
Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken.
– Acts 2:5-6
The Media Ministry seeks to communicate the Gospel in the language that people understand. In this age of technology, social media and multimedia are the languages of the masses and our ministry strives to use these mediums to communicate GOD’s Gospel to the world.
Silent Praise Dance Ministry
Guiding Scripture:
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
– Romans 12:1
Silent Praise is a creative arts ministry featuring dance, mime, sign language, drama and the use of various instruments. One of the definitions for silent means not exhibiting the usual signs or indicators of one’s own presence. Silent Praise doesn’t mean we silence our mouths, facial expressions, moves, or worship instruments. Rather, we silence the individual self and we offer God our praise, allowing Him to use our bodies to release what He desires for His people.
Men's Ministry
Guiding Scripture:
As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.
– Proverbs 27:17
The Men’s Fellowship seeks to encourage, strengthen and build up our brothers in Christ. Through fellowship events we build and establish a godly relationship with Men from all walks of life. We seek to keep each other sharp through the study of GOD’s word so that we can stand as strong men of God in these times.
Marriage Ministry
Guiding Scripture:
For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
– Ecclesiastes 4:10-12
Christ’s Covenant Marriage Ministry is a ministry for engaged and married couples. We come together to encourage one another to have refreshed, renewed, revived and restored marriages led by God’s Word. Our purpose is to give couples the support they need to have a Christ-like oneness that He desires for their marriages. Through this ministry couples will be enriched, blessed, and filled with the knowledge of God’s will for their marriages.
